My name is Stephanie Dillon
I am a mom of 4 who managed to have the last three babies in 33 months. That alone might cause one to lose their minds but I also worked a fancy corporate job that left me fearful of returning to a travel schedlue I didn't want with so many young children at home. I found myself in a dark place trying to decide my next steps, but the human optimization nerd in me came to the rescue. I started taking small steps to find myself, my purpose and my sanity (most of the time) all over again. Let me hold space for you, and help you do the same.
